The 72 acre Beach and Peach Urban Park, which contains a five-acre pond, derives its name from nearby Beach Boulevard and Peach Drive. The property is one of the few open spaces in this mostly commercial and multi-family neighborhood. Southside residents can now escape the sea of concrete for an oasis of tranquility in the urban core of Jacksonville.
