Huguenot Memorial Park

Description:

Huguenot Memorial Park’s 313.8 acres are considered by the Duval Audubon Society to be the premiere birding site in the Duval County. The Park contains a Strategic Habitat Conservation Area, a Critical Wildlife Area, and a Great Florida Birding Trail designated by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.

Features:

This site contains camping grounds, picnic pavilions, new restrooms, fish cleaning station, and parking with security monitoring. Future planned amenities include a lifeguard tower, eco-friendly camping, shoreline stabilization, wildlife observation tower, Timucuan bike trailhead area, overlook improvements, and increase camping areas.
