I want you, to volunteer! On January 19th, 2009, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, join your fellow citizens for a day of service. It doesn't matter if you are Democrat, Republican, or something else entirely, service to this country is a duty we all share. You can pick up trash along the beach or highway, serve food at a shelter, or volunteer at your local hospital, anything to take time and think about your connection with your fellow citizens. It doesn't even have to be for the entire day, just volunteering for one hour will move this country that much further in the right direction.If you do join us, your effort will be combined with millions of others in an effort stretching across the entire nation.
