Great news! The Sewage Right to Know Act has passed the U.S. House.

There is still no republican senator cosponsoring the act. (Action opportunity - contact Senator Martinez and ask him to be a cosponsor and support clean water.) This act will help communities be made aware of sewage spills in their area. It will go a long way toward protecting public safety and encouraging utilities to be even more vigilant about maintaining infrastructure.
