Loblolly Mitigation Preserve

Description:

The Loblolly Mitigation Preserve 5,227 acres, including a 500 acre park. This preserve is adjacent to the Yellow Water Creek Trailhead. While not presently open for public access, eventually the trails from Yellow Water Creek Trailhead will connect to the trail road on Loblolly.

None currently. Future planned amenities include equestrian trails, biking trails, and hiking trails.

Loblolly Mitigation Preserve is located in southwest Jacksonville, south of I-10 and west of I-295.
