Description:

This two-acre property in the National Park Service's Timucuan Preserve is located on Clapboard Creek, a pristine tributary that flows into the preserve and the St. Johns River. An existing boat ramp eventually will provide access to the Timucuan Preserve river system for canoes, kayaks and small motorized vessels.

Current amenities include a boat ramp, courtesy pier, docking facility, kayak launch beach area, paved ADA parking space and parking lot

Future planned amenities include a deck along the waterfront and a new restaurant.
