Tideviews Preserve 

Description:

Tideviews Preserve, acquired in 1994, consists of 8 acres of parkland in Atlantic Beach. The Preserve gives a scenic view of the Intracoastal Waterway. This preserve is the terminus of a kayak/canoe trail between Tideviews and Dutton Island Preserve along the Intracoastal Waterway. While Tideviews Preserve is not part of the Preservation Project, the Preserve does contribute to a comprehensive conservation system in the Jacksonville area.

Features:

Tideviews offers 2500 feet of trail and boardwalk, restroom facilities, a canoe launch, scenic overlook, a fishing area, and public parking.

Location:

Tideviews Preserve is located at the end of West 1st Street and Begonia St., west of Mayport Road, in Atlantic Beach. Tideviews is not accessible via Atlantic Boulevard.
